With already $100K in the pot, they have set themselves a very modest target of $450K. Considering Tex Murphy Project Fedora is expected to be an FMV/3D hybrid like the previous games, it really isn’t a huge amount. I would also say that the tiers look pretty generous with each offering something worthwhile.
Myself, I’m up for the Collector’s Edition tier at $115 (delivered to the UK). If you’ve got some spare funds then why not put it to good use and back Tex Murphy Project Fedora
Reading the title you may be forgiven for thinking I had a bad day on the bike. In fact that was the time for my wife and her friends to trek on the Sarsens Trail from Avebury to Stonehenge in support of Wiltshire Wildlife.
Although extremely sore on arrival back home she was still in pretty good spirits. The weather was perhaps a little too kind in that it was sunny so meant the carrying of a coat and catching a little too much sun.
I really hate riding in poor weather and this has meant I’ve not done any training for this year’s ride. Even though I ride my bicycle to work each day come rain or shine a quick ride out today reminded me of the importance of training.
As the sun came out for an hour I went off to Cherhill, Wiltshire (a small village in Wiltshire found on the A4). The only remarkable thing about the journey was that unlike my usual rides, it was all hills. Whilst I didn’t have the ability to power up the hills – some of the physical improvements made last year had clearly disappeared – I did use the downhill stretches to their maximum at one point reaching a recorded 43.6 MPH on the Synapse

So far this year I’ve done no significant training for 2012′s Wrong Way Round ride. Training mileage should, by now at least, be 30-50 miles per ride but the weather has kept me indoors and I’ve only managed a couple of small rides. So, compared to last year I’m very unprepared and concern is rising as time marches on.
I have improved upon last year’s image for the ride :
The guys behind Space Quest have rejoined with the intention of bringing us another adventure game Nothing mentioned of funding just yet but maybe the “Kickstarter vehicle” will be wheeled out in the near future? For now, hop over to their site: http://guysfromandromeda.com/
